At this time, we cannot accept or ship orders outside the United States.
All prices listed are in US Dollars.
Canadian Shipments – Please call for advice. Only certain items may be shipped to Canada
Customers pay all shipping charges. All shipments are FOB our warehouses or original shipping point the case of special order or non-stocked items.
Shipping costs depend upon the shipping method and option you choose. Please note that shipping charges added during checkout process are estimated shipping charges only. The shipping rates for most items we sell are based on the weight and size of the item(s). All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound in keeping with policies of the carrier(s). We charge $1.50 handling fee then the carrier’s fees. Shipping charges for heavy, bulky or multiple packages may be higher. Please note that if you order fabric or vinyl and you have ordered supplies, supplies may be shipped in a separate box which will add to the estimated shipping charges.

We ship UPS Ground, UPS Second Day (Alaska and Hawaii), and Mail (Canada).
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or late delivery of merchandise in transit.
In most cases, we will ship your order within 24 hours, not including orders placed on weekends.
Items stated as “In Stock” may be temporarily out and we will advise you of any backorders.
Receiving Shipment – Damage and Shortage Advice
The freight carrier assumes responsibility for the complete prompt delivery as shipped.Before you sign an acceptance of any delivery you should:
Count the number of items to be sure it is the same number you are signing for. Note any differences on all copies of the delivery receipt or have the driver change the electronic delivery device to the number of pieces being delivered.
Inspect delivered items for broken seals or other damage. Note any damage before signing and make sure the damage is noted on all copies of the receipt not just the copy left for you. A carrier’s liability is limited to claims made within 7 days of delivery, so please be sure to notify us promptly. Keep any original cartons or packaging for inspection until problem is solved.
It is advisable to unpack and examine your shipment promptly for any concealed damage.
